Frequently Asked Questions
How long will I wait for my bunny?
Most families wait 1-3 months. We have litters roughly fortnightly, while making sure our Mumma Buns get well-earned rests between litters. Your wait depends on your preferences and your place on the list.
What if I don't like the bunny you match me with?
No pressure ever! We want perfect matches. If the bunny we suggest doesn't feel quite right, you simply stay on the waitlist for our next arrival.
Can I choose the exact colour/gender?
We do our best to honour your preferences, but nature ultimately decides! We focus first on personality matching, then colour and gender preferences.
What if I change my mind after reserving?
Life happens! Your deposit can be moved to another bunny before go-home day.
Why do you require a deposit?
The deposit ensures we're working with families who are genuinely ready for a bunny companion. It also helps us plan our breeding program and provides security for both our families and our bunnies.
